Transformers: Armada
Overview
Transformers: Armada was first launched in late June of 2002 and is scheduled
to run into late 2003.
The line is the first since Generation 2 to be accompanied by a regular comic
series in addition to its television series. The comic, running on a slightly different
continuity than the show is produced by Dreamwave Productions, the same group
that released its own six issue special feature comic featuring Generation 1 characters.
The television series, scheduled to run approximately 50+ episodes on Cartoon
Network, features fantastic artwork and G1 remeniscent theme music.
